COVID Sanitation Rules

Upon arriving at the studio you will be required to sanitize your hands with hand sanitizer.

Training sessions have a maximum 2 participants for a reduced capacity.

Masks are to be worn when entering the studio and in common areas, but are optional to wear during your workout.

A deep clean of the studio, the Isophits and all communal touch points prior to each training session, and regularly throughout the day.

Alcohol-based sanitizer is used to thoroughly clean the Isophit machine and all communal touchpoints throughout the studio prior to each session and also periodically through the day.

We are generally open between 7 am and 7 pm M-F and 8 am - 2 pm on Saturday and Sunday. However that may not always be the case so it's best to send us a message if you want to schedule a visit.
